If you wish to exchange or return jewellery, you must fill in our return form. You will find the return slip and instructions further down.

Jewelery must be returned in the original box and in the same condition as you received it in. You have a full right of return for 14 days after receipt.

Guidance

1. Fill out our return form
2. Pack the jewelery as it was packed when you received it
3. Put the return slip in the package together with your invoice
